Nestled deep in the Piney Woods of East Texas, this riparian utopia was settled before Texas became a state. Because of its remote location, however, Revelee was a convenient asylum for those who preferred to live outside of civilization and the law.
 
Two native sons were determined to assure prosperity and social order. Graham Dean and Charlie Coker were still in their teens when they were appointed to fill the county sheriff’s unexpired term. Despite their best effort, corrupt leadership within the local government conspired with outside accomplices to incite political tension and subversive influence.

Graham’s style of law enforcement was better suited for subduing renegade Native American threats in West Texas. Eventually they return to Revelee and become partners in the ranching business. When Graham and Charlie stumble into unimagined success as oil tycoons, the dynamic duo evolves into generous benefactors and loyal proponents of their hometown. 
 
But the characters and events they encounter along the way are often blurred between fantasy, fact and fiction.
